She leads enterprise-wide revenue generation, market positioning and long-term commercial growth across SCC’s campus, including the Arch and Summit buildings, with a focus on strengthening booking pace, optimizing space utilization, deepening industry partnerships, and advancing Seattle’s competitiveness as a leading convention and events destination.

Nicholson joins SCC from Hyatt, where she most recently served as Area Director of Sales & Marketing for the Seattle Hyatt Collection, representing Hyatt Regency Seattle, Grand Hyatt Seattle and Hyatt at Olive 8. In that role, she directed commercial strategy across the three-hotel portfolio, overseeing sales and marketing efforts, revenue strategy, market positioning and team performance.
